| The CLA is inviting members to apply for the 2023-2025 CLA Women’s Committee. Interested candidates should send a statement of interest to sam@veloxlaw.ca and lmetcalfe@addario.ca. The deadline to apply is December 16, 2023 at 4 p.m. EST. Our goal is to create a committee with broad experiences and perspectives. Candidates from historically underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply. The statement of interest should include, but is not limited to: • year of call • where you practice • the type of firm you practice in (i.e. number of lawyers; other practice areas, if any) • any experience that makes you a good fit for the committee • the reason for your interest in the Women’s Committee If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
