Job Posting Submissions

Submit a job posting to the Criminal Lawyers Association (CLA) Job Board. Anyone can submit, but only members can view the opportunities posted.

This is a FREE service for anyone (members and non-members) to post employment opportunities for our current 1,700+ CLA members to view in a members-only section of the website. Members can view job positions online by clicking here.

Opportunities must be legal oriented with a focus on Criminal Law and appeal to criminal defence lawyers, articling students and/or law students. Positions can fall under full-time, part-time, contract or other categories.

Please note we do not accept positions from government funded institutions. If they are submitted online, they will not be posted.

As of January 1, 2026, job posting requirements have changed in Ontario. Please see the Employment Standards Act Guide for more information. Individuals are responsible for their own posts. Please note that the CLA is not responsible for ensuring that posts are legally compliant with the new guidelines. The CLA does not accept any legal responsibility or liability for any posts made to our job board.
