The CLA Indigenous Committee presents – Indigenous Identity and the Role of Counsel

Speakers include: Ryan Heighton, Jessica Belisle, Shaunna Kelly and Justice Todd Ducharme. They will discuss the most recent Court of Appeal decisions on this issue; including interviewing clients and ethical obligations of counsel to the court.

Presentation will run from 6 to 7:05 p.m. and then a Q and A period from 7:05 to 7:30 p.m.
