About Jessyca:
Jessyca Greenwood is an experienced litigator with a passion for client-centered advocacy and a knack for navigating stressful situations. She has conducted hundreds of trials and hearings, advised witnesses and subjects facing investigations and/or charges, and defended a wide array of regulatory and criminal allegations.
Jessyca’s practice includes advising on criminal, employment, and human rights law matters, and in workplace investigations. She has a focus on working on legal matters involving mental health and accessibility. Having appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario and before various tribunals and working with both employer and employee clients, Jessyca has a proven ability to negotiate, mediate and help opposing parties come to a resolution in difficult situations. She has extensive experience in leading and defending subjects of workplace investigations. Additionally, she has worked with various regulated professionals, defending allegations of breaches of their respective professional obligations.
