Criminal Law Hot Topics #4: The JJ decision from the Supreme Court of Canada

The Supreme Court of Canada released on June 30th its much anticipated decision in JJ. This decision provides clarification on the law of sexual offences and is of interest to many lawyers.
The CLA has invited two of its interveners in this case, Lindsay Board and Daniel Brown, to discuss this decision and its implications for sexual offence litigation going forward.
